Known for their commitment to sourcing locally, seasonally and sustainably, owners Marc Meyer, Vicki Freeman & Chris Paraskevaides have been pioneers in the New York City restaurant scene for over 18 years. Together they operate Cookshop, Vic’s, Rosie’s, and now Shuka.  The restaurants showcase the season’s bounty through vibrant, ingredient-driven cuisine.
